If you happen to travel by ferry from Iceland to Denmark, you will have a generous 6 hours stop In Torshavn. In the previous post we told you everything about our sad ferry experience, which is why we felt sick and had a lot of difficulties to stand still on the ground. However, this short stop in Torshavn was the best moment of this entire adventure. Despite the horrible wind, grey sky and the seasick, which couldn’t leave us alone, we were enchanted by this little town and promised to ourselves to come back, but not by ferry :)

Six hours in Torshavn is quite enough to squeeze the everything you can in this tiny town, have a cup of coffee and buy your postcard in a souvenir shop, but we all know, that it’s not why people come to visit the Faroe Islands.

So here are several shots of this windy paradise… (paradise, because we could feel the ground under our feet).
